Service Delivery and Activation Policy

How TheMint delivers digital software access. Physical shipping does not apply to TheMint's own software service.

What you purchase

Orders for TheMint software, onboarding or implementation services are for digital access and related professional services described at checkout or in the order confirmation—not for physical goods warehousing or carrier delivery by TheMint.

Underlying financed trades may involve goods between other parties. Delivery of those goods is governed by supplier and logistics agreements, not by this software delivery policy.

Activation and milestones

Your order confirmation identifies the service, activation prerequisites (such as account creation or tenant configuration) and any implementation milestones. Access is typically provided electronically after payment verification for fee-based products, or per an agreed pilot schedule.

Dependencies and non-delivery

Delivery may depend on accurate information you provide, timely cooperation, and third-party systems (identity providers, payment rails, partner institutions). If access is not provided or a milestone is missed, contact us via the Contact page. We will investigate and explain correction, revised delivery or refund options, subject to your applicable legal rights and the Refunds Policy.
