Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Software and service fees

Duplicate charges and charges for software services we do not provide will be investigated and corrected. For a material failure to deliver the agreed software service, remedies may include correction, re-performance, a proportionate price reduction or a refund, as applicable.

Cancellation after work has started may account for properly performed work and previously disclosed, lawful, non-recoverable costs. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Loan repayments and partner charges

A loan repayment is not a purchase of TheMint software. Refunds or reversals of repayments follow the applicable financing agreement and payment-provider rules. Lender or escrow provider charges are not treated as a single refundable TheMint purchase.

How to request

Use the Contact page with your order or payment reference. Approval of a refund request does not mean your bank has already credited funds; provider processing times apply.

Material changes will be posted on these pages. Terms attached to a prior order or acceptance remain available for that transaction where we retain order records.
