Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use TheMint only for lawful trade-finance workflow, documentation and related software purposes for which you are authorised by your organisation.

Prohibited use

You must not: commit fraud; submit forged invoices, shipping or identity evidence; offer or market unauthorised financial products through the platform; deal in unlawful goods; impersonate others; misuse accounts or credentials; attempt to evade sanctions or export controls; interfere with service integrity; or scrape or attack the service.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, preserve records for investigation, and refer matters to partners, payment providers or authorities where appropriate.

Version 2026-10-24. Effective 24 October 2026.

Material changes will be posted on these pages. Terms attached to a prior order or acceptance remain available for that transaction where we retain order records.
